Red Char Siu/Chinese BBQ Pork (Thit Nuong Xa Xiu)

This is a Chinese-inspired dish with the use of the red Char Siu dry marinade that is super popular with Vietnamese cooks. Here you will see that the use of NOH Chinese BBQ Pork dry marinade does the best job for this dish. My family and I have been using this package since forever. And did you know, NOH, is made in Hawaii? Pretty good stuff from that little island.

Here is the boneless BBQ pork as a wrap. Pretty impressive for parties or on a day when I feel like making something fun and fancy.

These go with the steamed buns, banh mi, tortilla, over rice or noodles... and anything really!
