The Best Char Siu Oven Roasted Chicken (Ga Nuong Xa Xiu)

It's been a long day and I don't feel like cooking much, but I know I want some CHICKEN! So here's the best recipe for oven roasted chicken, EVER!!! I've been enjoying this chicken dish since I was too little to cook. My mom would make this like every other week. She was a working mom so this was a regular dinner item for our family. And now it's also a regular item on my dinner table. No big secret ingredient, just the use of one package of Noh's Chinese BBQ marinading powder and good soy sauce. If you remember, I have a similar post but the protein is pork ribs. I've been cutting down on my carb, so instead of rice, I'm having a salad with my chicken. Enjoy!  P.S. These chicken pieces are super delicious on the grille too. So make some for your next BBQ party.
